The Glenwood Springs City Hall is an example of a building that had serious comfort issues and high utility bills. An energy audit revealed several areas were energy could be saved, but the only answer to solving the comfort problems was major air sealing. The following photos show before and after conditions found above the ceiling. Work was completed in December of 2011.
Ricky Smith, Purchasing Official for the City of Glenwood Springs says of Confluence Architecture, “…bent over backwards to help the City get this project completed. I would highly recommend (them)”
